Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and international destinations.


Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Canada: 5-7 business days
• United States: 5-8 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Packages
